Media keeps force closing

I have a zte warp.... I keep getting a pop up saying android.process.media has stopped working unexpectedly and then it force closes what ever I try to open. I can't access my camera, music, gallery, and google play. Every time I try it force closes. I don't even have volume anymore. Even though my ringer is on, when my phone rings its silent. I cleared all my data and cache and I even factory reset my phone and put in a new sd card, but that didn't work either. Is there anything I can do??? Someone please help me.

stock version of this phone has lot of software bugs.. apparently folks at Zte have released a software update----- you can find it at ZTEUSA.com... that would solve your issues...
