htc desire 816 w update problem

I can't update my system software.. I have downloaded the full update and when I install it, itswitch offs and showing an exclamation mark in a triangle..My phone is a chineese variant d816w...is it because of that..Plz help me to find a solution. Will I b able to update it...

This won't help you BUT I just did mine with the local Aussie version and it worked fine.
