I dropped my S3, do you think I would be able to replace the screen for it to work again or could it be done for good?

Dropped S3 - cracked glass, black screen

Over the weekend I dropped my Sprint Galaxy S3 and the screen shattered. Also at the same time my screen is now black and I can't see anything, but my on/off and home button are working.

We've tried taking the battery out & restarting but no such luck. Do you think I can just replace the screen and be OK or is this thing done for good? Thanks!

I don't know how you can tell whether the power button works, but i think if it shows some light, then its good. I think changing the screen is all you need.
