How do I remove scratches from my Note 4?

I don't look at my phone the same anymore. They are small scratches. I don't know if I am overreacting. Please help.

There are many methods of using a polish (depending on the severity of the scratches). Personally, I typically use the 3M Scratch and Swirl Remover with a micro fiber cloth. It's a very mild abrasive polish. Some people swear by the toothpaste fix, but I find that too abrasive and it excessively damages the glass' protective coating.
