I can't find the APN settings on my Galaxy S4

I can't find the APN settings in my glacy s4

I have a galaxy s4 a friend gave me and the carrier for the phone is us cellular but my accual carrier is t mobile and I put the Sim card in and the Internet works but I can't text or call any one whenever I call some one the data turns off too and I've Google lots of stuff and most of it says to change the APN settings, but it's not under networks or anything in that part of the settings and I don't know what else to do, will this phone even work since it's a different carrier

Hmm.. try going to Settings>About phone. From there, tap on the build number several times until it says you are now a developer. Once that is done, then check under Settings> Mobile Networks> APN
