Lenovo A850 home key button and the browser

Sir,

My Lenovo A850 is not starting. i’ve done the factory reset after the device botherd me with messages …….lenovo launcher, google play, etc has stopped. After the hard reset done, and when the phone is on, I then notice discrepancies with the hardware. the home key button and the browser are not functioning…no more pop messages from facebook or whatsapp, I can make calls but no incoming calls .. so, what shall I do?? Please help me and give me solution with step by step procedure.

You probably need to reflash the stock ROM (be sure to back up your apps and data first - you'll lose them). Download the ROM from here and the flashing tool and drivers from here. The second one has step-by-step instructions.
