My Nexus 4 just went black

I just got my chromecast and I hooked it up and played a few videos from youtube and then I pressed the button to turn off the screen and I wanted to check my phone like 5 min later and I can't turn it on and no matter what I do it won't turn on or show the screen. Any thoughts? My phone is not rooted and had at least 80% charge btw.

update: never mind I plugged the phone into my PC and held the power button for around 10 sec and a red notification light blinked a couple times then the battery indicator flashed and then I turned the phone on and all is well.

Did you try pressing and holding the power button for at least 5 seconds?

Have you connected the charger? That 80% may have drained away without your realizing it...

Many people have reported this problem with chromecast, also Netflix, and snapchat. Just have to wait for some 4.3 compatibility.
