Getting phone back

So I shipped my m8 because of the camera lender two days ago. I got an email about one hour ago, saying my replacement device is in the warehouse being prepared to be shipped. Does that mean everything is okay, and they're replacing the device?

Yea if it states it's getting prepared to be shipped you should be cool. What phone are you using for a backup.

Honestly I'm using my m7 for Sprint, and I got the sense 6 update today but I just got an email from HTC and ups saying it shipped!! And it should be here in about 12 hours, they shipped it via next day air. They're sending a whole new phone! That's awesome and I took my m7 into the Sprint store because the speakers sound washed out and they agreed so they're giving me a new m7 because of my insurance. Two new phones wow that's awesome.
