Hello, The voice mail (visual) volume on the Note 8 is very low. The speaker button works fine, but the voicemail without the speaker is too low, and I can't figure out how to increase. The volume buttons don't affect it, and can't find a setting that addresses this. Any ideas?

I'm trying to increase the volume for visual voicemail, but the volume keys or volume in settings doesn't seem to affect it. The speakerphone does work, but for regular volume, can't get this to go up. Any suggestions?

We got two phones on the promo, but I also just got one email saying one gift is approved. I don't know what's happened with the other one. I submitted this 9/17, and have a notification that the 360 camera is shipping out 10/30. Nothing about the other gift though...

Yesterday, my phone speaker was suddenly distorted, and buzzing, like it was blown. I hardly play music, and when I do, it's not loud. In fact, media sound is rarely turned up over 50%. What would cause this, and also, how do I fix this? I'm not tech savvy, so if this isn't an easy fix, is...

Heya, Rushmore, So my "new" N4 arrives today. Are you saying I should update to MM before installing apps? Also, what about using Smart Switch? Is that some kind of a hindrance on performance?

Battery Life on new N4 on MM decent...not as good as the N7 though...

In same boat as you. Purchased a "new" Note 4 after the Note 7 2nd recall. Updated to Marshmallow. Works great. Don't have an old Note4 to compare it to, but I also have a Note 3 on Lollipop, and the Note 4 on Marshmallow is smoother than the Note 3.

Re: Samsung has canceled the note 7 entirely. How do you back up text messages?

Untech greenie question - will an FDR wipe out text threads? I'm thinking yes ...

Can't notice a difference at at all between pre & post update (other than the green battery icon). Also, my old recalled Note7 ran fine. Can't notice a difference between the old & my replacement either.

Got our 2 AT&T replacements at BB on Monday. SoCal. 2 coral blue phones, 2 hours to complete transaction and Smart Switch. Kept all the accessories, just brought in the old boxes.
