Multiple driver's question

Question: I have a rooted nexus 4 with nexus drivers and such set up on my computer. Wife wants me to root her Verizon GS3. Can I have multiple drivers and such on my computer to successfully root her S3 without fouling up my drivers for my nexus? Thanks

Yes, drivers are specific to hardware... The drivers might actually be able to be reused... They are across all three of my devices
