i figured it out. i can't flash any roms. i get errors on every rom i try, clockswork mod must have gotten screwed up somehow but i haven't been able to fix it yet. gonna try to uninstall and then reinstall it to see what happens

^^^ that... usually if your gonna unlock a phone the phones needs to have a sim card and sprint doesn't use sim cards anymore

idk if something happened when i tried downloading Tmartins version but it never flashes. it says error or something and then i click reboot in the recovery mode and it puts me back to CM7. i guess i'ma have to try the other guys version of the test build

maybe make sure that the photo is completely done before moving your phone. i haven't had that problem while taking a picture of my dog running

gotta agree... a jailbroken iphone does pretty much what a normal android phone does without rooting it. sure there are a couple of things it can't do but if you root your TB then jailbreaking has nothing on it

for some reason when i flash CM7 the camera doesn't connect... i've tried reflashing and switch to other roms and coming back to it and it still says that.

pretty much what crump said but you talked about one click root. there is one for the shift on the xda forum and the link is on this website as well in the rom and rooting sub-forum. my dad has the evo and i have the shift and i personally like the shift better but thats cause of the keyboard...

there is a stable CM7 rom with everything working. but its not called flashlight. its called torch on the CM7 rom
