Unless i'm crazy, which is very possible, I think the phone manufacturer sets what the bars show. So for example, a Nokia could show 5 bars when you, let's say, have 70-100% signal strength, but LG may only show 5 bars when the signal is at 90% strength.

My V10 does the same thing. I only use 1 battery (though I have a 2nd that i just haven't switched to yet). It completely dies at 15%. I figured it had something to do with a bug in the latest update so that the battery percentage is miss counted.

Yea, if you go back to the website & check the current status of your submittal, near the bottom there is a phone # & an email address. I just sent an email in. It got changed to 'in processing' that day, and it was updated to 'approved' the next morning. Now I'm just waiting on shipping news.

I broke down today too but emailed instead. Mine now shows as 'in-processing'. So, hopefully it gets approved soon. I was 128xxx.

I came from Samsung most recently too. I'm not a great judge of audio quality, but I didn't have static issues w/ either my Sammy or the V10. However, I did notice the V10 has significantly better range of operation than Sammy.
