repair

I sent my z2 for repair last week due to a damage frame, fallen off flap cover and the battery was not last long. And today (17.03.15) Sony sent me an email saying it will cost 154 to repair the screen, which there is no damage to the screen, has had a screen protector since day 1, anyone know how to get around this ???

Assuming that you insured the package, contact the shipper. If the screen got damaged in transit, the shipper is liable and has to pay that $154. (If it's not Sony that's repairing it, but an independent authorized repair shop, contact Sony and ask them to please tell the shop to stop adding repairs the phone doesn't need.)

According to Sony, this little chip on the rear frame will require a new screen to fixed.
