htc one won't update?

I am currently on software version 1.29.651.10 and download update 1.31.651.2 just fine, restart phone installing update and a red exclamation mark pops up every time on the update screen and fails. Have tried resetting phone completely yet still the same

Did you root it and install a custom recovery?

Have not rooted phone at all, and haven't found anyone else with the same situation I'm thinking i might just need to replace the phone?

Sounds like your stock recovery isn't functioning which is needed to update

If your willing to unlock your bootloader and attempt to push the stock recovery back to the device...

If your under carrier/store warranty you may want to exercise that option or warranty it thru HTC.
