I bought my first Photon Q on Tuesday October 2 and returned it yesterday due to a bad battery. It would not hold a charge for more than 3 hours with light to moderate use. The replacement which I am using now is much better. I'm 14 hours into its first full charge and still above 40%. The problem with this Photon Q is the antenna. At home, my first Photon Q would always get 5 bars or higher. The one struggles to get 2. I'm dreading having to wait at Best Buy's phone counter yet again and then have to once again struggle with Sprint's tech support to get the MMS fixed.

Are these common problems with this phone?
