Best video setting for making YouTube videos

I make YouTube videos with my phone. What is the best video resolution for this?

I had it set to UHD however I recorded video and it was not smooth plus that might be overkill for YouTube.

I find anything over 30fps are difficult to upload

There are 8K videos on YouTube so your UHD videos aren't overkill. You need to use a tripod or some other means to stabilize your videos. 1080p at 60fps would be the way to go though, especially if you're uploading directly in the app. If you edit on the pc, i'd probably record in the highest format so when you edit, you'll still have a clean and clear file.
