Deleted app shortcut, but still in app setting. How to get it back?

My son has s7 with at&t, I accidentally deleted the Google play store app. The app is no loner under app on the home screen to hold down and reshape, the app is still in the setting apps location but no button how to place as shortcut just disable or force stop. Please help to place back as shortcut on home screen

Welcome to the forums. Open your app drawer and search for the Play Store in the Google folder. Once you find it tap & hold on it and drag it to your home screen.
