Hi, this is a first time for me on the forum. I have had an Elephone P6000 for about a month with no problems at all until last week. It was working perfectly all day until I got home in the evening when it wouldn’t connect to my network. Everything else on the phone works fine including wifi but in the SIM management voice call, video call and messaging are all greyed out. I removed my EE sim and replaced it with a working Vodafone sim and still no connectivity. I don’t know a lot about android phones so I have included a few screenshots that may or may not help. If anyone has any suggestions or needs any further information let me know.

If it fails to connect with 2 different SIMs, it's probably either a bad SIM port or corrupted firmware. There's not much information on these Chinese phones, so your best bet is a good repair shop.

Please let me know if / when you find a fix! i have exactly the same problem with my elephone p6000. i received it one week ago and it worked perfect, untill yesterday this problem arrised.

Even factory resets or other sim slots didnt fix it (other sim cards worked neither)

I picked up a p6000 today and it also has this issue. I bought it used from a reviewer and it was working for him just fine. We're both on the bell network in Canada. Did you find a fix for this?

Thanks,
Doug.
