How can i stop caller id from showing up for my contacts whom i left off their names purposely?

I want to keep some of my phone conversations private text as well i have the galaxy 7

We need more info about what you are actually seeing.

Your contacts app should be showing you some kind of info about incoming calls.
If you have a name attached to the number, you will see the name.
If you do not have a name on the contact, you should be seeing the number.
Obviously, you can add any text you want to the "name" field; it need not be their actual name.
