How do you turn off retail mode without the password on an LG G7 ThinQ?

Bought an LG G7 ThinQ with retail Mode activated..how can I turn it off without the password?

You probably can't. And if you can, we probably can't discuss how here.

I wouldn't bother. Retail units are typically supposed to get sent back to the manufacturer and are not for retail sale. This was probably something that "fell off the back of the truck." Even if you could turn retail mode off, the phone is probably black listed since it wasn't turned in to LG. Hopefully you can return it for a refund, but don't be too surprised if you just got scammed.
