Welcome to Android Central! Difficult to say, since there's obviously not going to be any reliable technical specifications for that knockoff. We don't have any way of knowing which network bands it's compatible with. You'd have to use trial and error, and try out SIM cards from different carriers--but it's possible that it may not be compatible with any of the carriers in your region.
