Is there a software update for the Galaxy NotePro 12.2?

I did a search on my question and couldn't find anything. Whenever I select "software update," a box shows and says "software update is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." This has been going on ever since I got the tablet on Christmas Day. Any suggestions on what I can do?

I believe the latest software build for the tablet is P900XAR1BNK1

Mine shows P900UEU1BNK1 When I check for update it says the latest update has already been installed.
There was an update the first time I fired it up but none since then.

It looks like you are on the latest build right now. They should be prepping Lollipop for your tablet soon I would think.

Better be coming soon as I think the 12.2 could do with a performance boost!
It feels a bit slow compared to my note 4!

What processor does your note 12.2 have? I have the Samsung Exynos*5420*SoC*processor*which believe isn't as good as the snapdragon.
