Just need to Vent

Just called Sprint to complain that I don't have service where I work and I cant get any of my e-mails or phone calls on my evo. This has been happening for a week. the guy tells me they are having an outage and they don't know when is gonna be fix. I told him I need a solution cause I need my phone for work, he tells me that the only solution is to wait. Anybody else having any problems on the Jersey Shore Area and what else can I do to have sprint care about my problem.

I live in Michigan north if Detroiti had the same problem ....and same answer I told them if it wasn't fixed soon I was gonna go to Verizon......about three weeks later I can do everything I couldn't at work

They should have something in place for customers in situations like this. If thers a service issue, and they dont know when they will have it back up, something should be done to help the customer.

I had this same problem and I was able to sweet-talk the rep to credit me an entire month! That's $250+ saved!
