Locked out of phone by Google account.

[AC Question]

My sister in-law has a S6 Edge+ that she had gotten for her boyfriend. They had a bad split and she asked for the phone back. She was going to give it to her sister until she saw that he had locked it up and now she cant get into it to change default email. Is there anything she can do?

If she is the owner then I would suggest bringing it into the carrier for assistance.
