Lost Everything...Everything on my Phone, please help!

Hello ALL,
First time post here and its a good one ..
I accidentally factory reset my phone ...
No I did not back up my files .. I know I know very very dumb on my part ..
However I need to know if there is a way to recover my lost pictures and data , Ive seen numerous " apps" and products that claim to "Recover everything on your phone .. even if factory Reset Without any backups ... "
I Tried some products but then its asks for a deep scan which can only be achieved by rooting ... ugh the list goes on and on ..
my phone is a Note 9
any help , any computer and IT savvy people let me know please ..
what makes it worse is that I lost the Last pictures Of my Mother who Passed away one year ago on June 1st ...

Welcome to Android Central! Sorry to hear about the mishap. See this guide: [Guide] Recovering Deleted Files - Android Forums at AndroidCentral.com. The problem is that you'll need to root the phone, and the rooting process itself overwrites data.

Did you already go to photos.google.com to see if any of the photos are there?

yes i did go to google photos ... nothing is there..
so basically its long gone ...? is what I have come to terms with ...

Sorry, but the data is most likely gone. You didn't have an SD card inserted, did you? If you did, see if any photos are there.

If you do want to pursue data recovery, then STOP USING THE PHONE NOW, since anything you do may overwrite any data that still might exist. If the previously linked guide from Rukbat doesn't help (or if you'd rather not try it yourself), then look for a data recovery specialist in your area (using Yelp or similar) and see if they can do anything. Be aware that these specialists can charge A LOT (like in the multi-hundred dollar range).

thanks for the reply , no I do not have an SD card , I know its the simple backups that I should have done .
I figured there was some magical way lol .
