Android Central Question

Just bought an A20e for my son, and as soon as the initial setup was complete we noticed that two fingers are requiered for every action from swiping, entering characters and drawing the unlock symbol. However, when restarted this isn't required the first time, but as soon as you've unlocked and booted up you need two fingers for everything again.

I've read several reports of this being due to Talkback being activated, but it is not turned on on my sons phone.

Has anyone got any ideas for fixing this issue? What setting could it be?

Kind regards,

Henrik

On Samsung the feature known as Talk Back is called Screen Reader. This is an Accessibility feature. Your issue sounds like an Accessibility feature that has been turned on, so I would check them all to ensure none of them have been activated.

Let us know what you find and we'll do our best to offer more advice.
