Phone stuck in Network mode. 22

It's an lg stay 5 I am not able to change my preferred network mode it says network mode 22.. Network operators are not working either. when I try to make calls, my phone thinks it’s in Airplane mode and “ radio off “ appears there. I have no service unless it's Wi-Fi. It's not the SIM card because I tried it another phone and the *#*#4636#*#* I've already tried but nothing works it just all a sudden did this

yes i am aware LG is out of cell phone business but LG devices are still working so can't discard it until it's dead.

in network setting > Mobile Network -> Network Mode - Preferred network mode 22
if i ceick ther it will gives the options GSM/WCDMA?LTE Auto unfortunately i am not able to select any

Have you tried these steps:
In settings>reset network
Resetting APN
Removing sim and putting it back
How old is your sim card?

For volte enable i have tried *#546368#*850# - Field Test - Universal Enable (it was not allowing to open so make one folder in local storage "enable_ue" retsart ) - create a new profile allow all 4 option volte & wifi calling after restart on phone setting (*#*#4636#*#*)
it shows enable volte but Mobile Radio Power is off. i can turn it on but after few sec it automatic goes off.

- i have tires reset network settings
- done factory reset also
-Flash with android 10 & 11
- now trying to unlock bootloader but adb not detect the phone
nothing works
previously it was showing mobile network not it's not turning on Mobile radio power
on radio band if i select any option it says unsuccessful.

When select the network option it shows 22 only

Then further diagnostic would need a repair shop , not sure if it's worth it but get a quote.
