Thanks a lot for the quick response! I shall report back after flashing.
You didn't need to wipe data. Hope you had everything backed up.

Did you flash Honeycomb 4.1 market apps?
If you did, you are running on Nitro's themed launcherpro and themed facebook. The market doesn't recognize that you have installed them, since technically you didn't. You flashed them
have the same issue... what would we have to do to get the update?

Yes I flashed the 4.1 market apps. When I go to market and my apps it shows an update for both but is unsuccessful when I try to update. Is this a theme isuue or a 2.9.2 issue? And is there a fix? Thanks!
So...is there any benefit to going back to stock since the official Froyo is coming to Verizon tomorrow?
I personally think you should wait and see what adrynaline and all the other devs are currently working on known as the community rom. Which I am pretty sure is baised off of the ed01 source code.
If you do not like it, you can always flash back to stock and upgrade to official 2.2

Yeah, I don't want to get re-Binged, but I also really want a fully functional Froyo ROM. None offered so far have voice commands working properly, and I miss them so much from my Original Droid. Absurd it's taken Verizon and Samsung this long to get to 2.2. Also that they've announced the Samsung Droid Charge with 2.2 instead of 2.3. It's enough to get me to give up on their beautiful screens and get a less brilliant but more reliable HTC model.
I went back to stock. Superclean has been great for the most part, but my battery life has degraded progressively for the past 3 weeks inexplicably. I'd like to see if VZ's Froyo does any better or worse.
I'll be curious to hear how that goes for you. Although I'm really liking my debloated phone.
So far today, my battery is only about 1/4 low or i've only used about 25% of it as of almost 3pm. I took it off the charger at 5:15am. I've been configuring and reinstalling my apps and stuff most of the day while at work. So far.....the extra battery life alone has me contemplating sticking with this stock Froyo for at least a little while. Bing hasn't been an annoyance at all. My GPS locks INSTANTLY too!... So far so good....
