Ridiculously Complicated Bills

I sure love the Verizon network but the complicated and inaccurate bills are a real pain. Is it just me? I have to go in and get corrections every month.

Sounds like you are outnumbered, what kind of issues do you see? The bills aren't hard to read

Sorry. I added a line and changed plans and switched phones the last couple of months. I actually went to a computer and was able to more thoroughly inspect my bill. You are all correct. It was accurate and straightforward when I viewed it there. The app is disappointing for getting in depth information. Maybe I was trying to use the app for more than it was intended to do.
Thanks for the feed back. With so many people happy with their billing statements it prompted me to dig a little deeper.

This was my app bill. Nothing about adding a line, changing plans, activation fee, etc. The bill at my verizon was entirely different. Like I stated in my last post; I think I was trying to use the app for more than it was intended.
