S pen works for a while then becomes undetected

So I have this note 4.

When I point the spen over the screen I see the pointer and the s pen works fine for about 15 second and after it, it will vibrate and the s pen wont work or wont be detected at all. When I try to restart it, it'll work again for 15 sec, then vibrate, then wont work. What could be the problem?

Have you tried turning the function that allows the S-Pen to work only when it's not in its pocket on/off?
