S8 not backing up overnight to cloud on wireless charging

I bought a wireless charging pad a few days ago, and started charging my S8 overnight with it. I noticed today that it hasn't back up to Samsung nor Google clouds, when it should have every 24 hours.

Anyone one has any insight on this?

I may have the same problem. I haven't tested if it works with wired charhing so not sure if it's the same issue. I'm interested if anyone else has knowledge on this.
