I know when you start a chat with Samsung there's a option to extend time for trade in. If you received a email saying they received the phone, you just wait. My brother went past the 14 days to get the accepted email.I had to pickup phone in store… but trade it hasn’t cleared yet. Does anyone know how/if one can extend the return window either with store or Samsung.com (where it was ordered) to allow time for the trade in to clear? If they reject my trade in or give me much lower value I might just return phone, but only have 1 week left on the 14 day period. Thanks for help
