Walked my trade-in into an AT&T store during my lunch break today. Got the receipt from them and everything.

Anyone got an email acknowledgement that the trade in device was received by the trade in partner?

My trade in device was delivered Tuesday and still haven't seen any acknowledgement email about receiving the device. Wondering what others are seeing.

Nvm my trade in status says "device triage"

I received an email this morning saying my trade-in had been received successfully. It made it to the warehouse yesterday.

Trade in has been sent back. I always get anxious when I send it in. I hope this one goes smoothly.

I always feel so anxious about the trade in. When I read your post, I thought you were saying that your trade in got sent back to you!

My trade in was supposed to arrive today but in the afternoon, I got an update that it would be delivered tomorrow instead. Still well within the window of Feb. 8. I'm trying not to worry but I always worry.

I'm in software industry and we also use triage as a common term to prioritize bugs, features or other tasks.

Delays are to be expected with FedEx. My fold trade in made it half hour away from delivery spot in Texas then tracking stopped. After contacting FedEx tracking went life and it was in new York.

Don't think FedEx will fix their mistake and overnight it back to where it was. They will put it back on the truck and take their time getting it back.

I got an exception yesterday from FedEx that it was in Hutchins, TX @ 12:39 pm. Then @ 4:11 PM it was delivered to Lewisville, TX. No email from Samsung and my order just shows "Label generated". I'm nervous because that was a near mint condition Galaxy Note 20 5G.

Looks like mine was delivered to them 1/31, but I haven't gotten anything from them stating they got it or all was ok. After last years fiasco, it makes me nervous.
