Why does a blue screen with my battery precentage and an ad come up when i charge my phone

On the screen there is a wave near the top and in the upper left corner it says battery info and mid right there is my battery precentage at the bottom middle there is an ad and under the at there is an unlock button

You must have installed an app that sneakily replaced your charging lockscreen. It's a common annoyance with apps like ES File Explorer, Flash Keyboard, and a few others.

This normally happens to me when I would have used the Clean Master app. Some apps have this which enable their custom charging lock screen when you keep the phone for charging. On double tapping it, it normally goes off and is replaced by your phone's lock screen.

I have deleted the master app and I can not get rid of said screen. Is there another way?
