Why is the battery on my Galaxy S3 draining so fast?

I have a Galaxy S3 model SGH-i747M. The problem with the phone is that the battery is draining at about one percent per minute while in use. While idle, the battery is able to last 3 days on a single charge. The battery was replaced last year and is had passed the spin test. I have rooter my phone with SuperSU and still can not find the problem.
