BAMF Forever 1.0.6 (Build 2.11.605.0) Gallery Fix

Since I really missed the effect option under the Gallery app with the BAMF Forever rom because of the force close issue that happens anytime you attempt to use the effects, I broke apart the app and made a few changes to get the Gallery back to its full working state.. No customizing was done just repaired the items causing the crash..

Anyone that would like to install it can flash the attached file through the recovery menu, no wipe of ant kind is required.

I have used it for about a week with no issues, hope you enjoy..

didn't even realize this was a problem until i just opened it up & tried to edit a picture with Effects.
dl'ing & flashing.

update: no photos/videos found in gallery--had to rescan with "sdrescan" & then open gallery again. all pics were present & could be edited with Effects.

I Installed this in recovery but unfortunately it still fc's. Any ideas? I am on bamf 1.9

I just tested it on BAMF 1.0.9 and this version doesn't work, I'll look at the new build and see what has changed and see if I can get it working..

(1.0.9 was too buggy for me)

Build V1.08 and 1.09 is the same rom just a few system settings changes so it wont work, I would say all builds after 1.0.6 it wont work because the original build V1.0 - 1.0.6 was Base 2.11.605.0

After that it was updated to 2.11.605.3 and the latest V1.09 is using Base updated to 2.11.605.5..

Since I haven't went through the build to identify what changes was made for a solution Im not in position to help, have you posted this on their forum page.. BAMF Sense 3.0 (Including uber BAMF) Bug Tracking

As far as I know gallery effects bug is the one and only bug left in forever. I hope somebody dies find a way to fix it.

I agree and this little bug is so miner I haven't worried about it, I have been catching on how to trouble shoot and customize Android but my skills are limited (Being a Windows only developer for so many years) but I figured I could resolve this one but had no luck.

This is the most stable Sense 3.0 rom I have used to this day in my opinion.
