How to update my rooted nexus 5 from lollipop 5 to 5.0.1

Hello i'm a new Android user
I've rooted my Nexus 5 to install Nexus 5 Volume Booster and now i can't figure out how to update it to lollipop 5.0.1 because when i use the option Reboot And Install it powers off and then pop the TEAM WIN interface. And i'm not sure what to do next

I just went through the same issue on my Nexus 5 with TWRP.

Short answer, download the full update, flash each component except the bootloader and userdata and your good to go. The link above has a little more detail and in turn there's a link to XDA. Use procedure 2 w/o flashing the two items I mentioned above. When your done and 5.0.1 boots then use ChainFire Auto root again and your now @ 5.0.1 rooted. You'll have to install the volume booster again though.
