How can I always have USB Internet Sharing enabled?

Always have USB Internet Sharing enabled

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

I use my phone to connect my computer to internet. Every time I connect the phone or when I restart my computer I have to manually engage the USB Internet sharing.
Is it possible (even by programming) to have it enabled when a USB connection is available?
