Getting an error message while upgrading from 5.0 to 5.1, what can I do?

Getting an error message while upgrading from 5.0 to 5.1

I got my phone 2 days back thru ebay and it asked me to upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1 and while installing half way mark I get an 'error' message on the android symbol. Even after doing the factory settings I get the same error while installing. This is done thru wifi only
