I can't download/update apps with wifi but with data I can

I have a Galaxy s6 edge+ and whenever I try to download a new app or update an old one it just shows "downloading" but the download never starts. I have already sent it to get it repaired once since it did the same before but nothing has changed!! Please help

You are on Marshmallow, correct?

Please try this and let me know if it resolves the issue: Settings -> Backup & reset -> Network settings reset.

You will have to re-enter your Wi-Fi passwords and re-pair any Bluetooth devices afterwards.
