Samsung S20+ glitching

[Android Central Question]

My phone was perfectly okay for a couple of mos until I started experiencing some glitches. Whenever I'm typing in messenger, my phone would flicker like doing a screenshot then my message would be gone. Empty message box. My solution for that was to get out and go back again and I would find my message. Moreover, when I'm watching Netflix, youtube and similar apps... I would experience every 5 mins the screen-shot like flicker that would stop the movie. It forces me to press the play button from time to time. I tried the hard reset, factory reset, shutdown, reset but it didnt help at all. Can anyone here has some solution? TIA.

Thanks, there were a few threads about this kind of thing, but that wasn't the thread I was thinking of. The one I recalled mentioned that solution related to having the Messages app appearing on top.

That was first one pop up to mind because both after 5 minutes in Netflix and other apps it happen
