"No Connection" BUT ITS ____ING CONNECTED!!!!!

[AC Question]

When I connect to a public wifi like Tims or McDonalds and I get back to the house it will connect to my wifi, my internet browser works but wont load facebook or various other sites. My instagram feed will come in but I cant post anything. Snapchat, Facebook, Samsung apps and google store all say that there is no connection. This happened already and then I got an update and everything worked. Its really frustrating me and I'm not techy person at all. I'm more of the get mad and smash it type.. Please help? Thanks.
