LG G3 Quick Circle Case Not Charging

I got a quick circle case and it was working for a few days, then it stopped. I replaced my case and tried it on a different plate, still no luck. I put the case on a different phone, that worked. I am guessing it is the phone but don't really want a refurb for wireless charging.

My question is whether there are any settings I may have turned off that effect wireless charging.
