Can't play videos anymore on phone but only ones taken on the device

Hi, I don't know what the important info is here but I have an Expedia z1 and my storage was full so I transferred it to an SD card and now it 'can't play video' . It will still play videos sent to me but not ones I have taken? Thanks for any advice!

Welcome to Android Central! It may have to do with KitKat's SD card restriction that doesn't allow apps to access the SD card unless they have express permission to do so. What app are you using to play the videos, and where did you move the videos?
