How can I upgrade my Moto G (2014) to Lollipop?

I very recently got a new Moto G (2nd generation) and I was looking forward to using Lollipop, but everytime I go into setting and device information, it sayd my Phone is currently running 4.4.4. I figured I'd just click System Update and it'd allow me to install Lollipop, but instead it was claiming that my phone was already updated.

Is there anye way to actually install Lollipop? Also, is it worth it and should I upgrade?
