I have bought a 7" tablet from China. Its IMEI number was a culne and is already registered for a Nokia telephone in my country. I wish to change this IMEI so that I can use this tablet. I need a software which can do it.

Unfortunately you won't find that software here. Have you contacted the carrier to see which devices can work on their network so that you can purchase the appropriate one?
