Why do I have live tv buffering on wired connection?

Hi, I have android box 4.2.2,, constant buffering when trying to watch live tv even though I have a wired 8mpbs connection. All other boxes in house work fine

The path between the server the TV show is coming from and your device's screen is slower than the TV show. (IOW, if the show runs 500kbps and your device can only do 450kbps thruput, it's buffering [waiting] while more data is coming down the line.)

If other devices work on the same router watching the same show at the same time, it's the device that you're having the buffering on that's the problem. (If it's not at the same time, you might be experiencing a slowdown somewhere else along the path just at the time you're using that device.)
