Can I stop the S Health Update from downloading after I delete it?

I have the Note 4, and love the S Health version that came with it. Since I upgraded to Lollipop 5.0.1, I can't stop the S Health Upgrade from downloading? I delete the update, but it keeps automatically downloading. I have done this three times now. Can I stop it from automatically downloading? I don't want to keep deleteing the update every time.

I have it disabled, but the only way I know to stop it, is to make sure in the Play Store and the Samsung store (if you have that enabled) that apps so not automatically update. You can turn auto-updates off in the settings on the Play Store and Samsung store.

You will have to choose which apps to update when updates become available.
