Can no longer receive picture MMS messages

I have a Droid Turbo on Verizon. Today, I tried to install a different messaging app called Textra. I disabled the stock messaging app, Message+, before starting to use this app. When I tried to use Textra, I could send picture messages, but not receive them. I couldn't fix the problem, so I decided to go back to my original messaging app, Message+. I re-enabled Message+. Now Message+ will not receive picture messages the same way that Textra was not. I can still send pictures though. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Make sure the device is fully updated. I believe Verizon allows for updating of PRL and/or Profile. I'm not sure which one, but go into the system settings and look for one or the other and update it. See if that helps.
