After android logo screen problem with IOS

[AC Question]

Hello i have a tablet with 2 IOS android and windows, the logos of both iois would load but as soon as the ios starts t i get clouds and then black screen, i get the same when i try to do factory reset and even access to bios.

the machine would work itself i connected with pc charger and i can see the devices and storage, so what should i do? i am not sure if its screen problem because i can see the logos
